These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stage AI’s mobile application, website, and related services (the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements (e.g., 18+ or as required by app store rules) to use the Services.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Fees, billing cycles, free trials, and cancellations for paid plans are described at purchase and in app store listings. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled in accordance with platform rules.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes in compliance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services except as allowed by law.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services (including AI-powered staging and related features). You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and process your content and that it does not violate third-party rights or law.
You agree not to use the Services to violate law; harass others; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; overload our systems; or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Staging and edits are produced using AI. Results are provided “as is” and may not be perfect or suitable for every use. You are responsible for reviewing output before use in listings, marketing, or other professional contexts.
The Services, branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGE AI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
You agree to defend and indemnify Stage AI and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Services or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms or the Services. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required where you reside.
